High School Senior Class Selection-Is a Science Course Necessary?

I'm currently a junior in high school with a 4.0 unweighted/4.7 weighted GPA... Throughout the course of high school I've taken the following science courses:
Bio
AP Bio
Chem
Physics
AP Environmental Science

Next year, my class schedule will be as follows:
AP Calc (bc)
AP Stats
Spanish 4
AP Human geography
AP English
AP Macro/Micro Econ
...as you can see, I'm currently not signed up for a science class, but I have a hole in my schedule which I could either use a free hour or TA.
I'm debating if I should take AP Physics C as it is infamous in my school for being rigorous, and especially with my already difficult schedule and ECs, I'm hesitant to sign up for it. I'm striving to get accepted into extremely selective schools such as Duke, UPenn, and Northwestern, and I'm interested in business, psychology, and journalism, so obviously physics will not aid me in those areas-- but will it look bad if i don't have a science class during my last year of high school? Thanks in advance!
