Under my "Conditions of Admission" on the Berkeley website (log in, go to "home", click your "admission officer's" name, then click "Conditions of Admission") one of the things I must do is:

Submit your final, official transcript(s), INCLUDING YOUR HIGH SCHOOL TRANSCRIPT, and any other required official documents, to our office by July 15, 2008; We will use these transcripts to verify the self-reported academic record that you submitted.

they probably want to verify that you completed the language requirement in high school. nothing to worry about--my friend dropped out of high school and now attends berkeley as a transfer student...so I wouldn't stress too much over it.

Remmert, I am in the same situation as you are. The crazy thing is that I have no idea how to get these transcripts now I have difficulty accessing my high school, and my CCC doesnt have them on file.

Do you think our admissions will be revoked if we fail to submit high school transcripts?

I'm going to Berkeley in the fall too. I didn't fulfill my language requirement in high school but I still have to send mine in too. Everyone does, for what reason, I'm not sure. I really don't know if they would rescind admission for it so you should contact them.

I did one semester in CC. That is the equivalent of two high school years. Now that I think about it though, I did do two years in high school, so it wouldn't matter anyway.

I think it's fairly safe to say that they're asking for everybody's hs transcript. I didn't list any relevant high school classes on my application because I didn't go to high school, and they're still asking for mine.
