High School Transcript

If my high school transcript contains my ACT/SAT Test scores (All ready super scored) do colleges look at them? I know I’m still required to send official test scores.

Yes, they will look at them but they will only use official test scores from the testing service. They will get upset if the college requires all scores and your transcript shows some they didn’t receive.

This does not apply to all colleges per say. I contacted the 14 colleges I have applied to about this matter and ten of them accepted scores listed on the transcript if it was signed by my Dean.

The rest wanted them to submit the scores electronically. I suppose that there’s a distinction between whether you’ll be applying to a highly selective college as they are probably more demanding, but for some colleges it is definitely worth looking into on that matter. For example, Denison accepts scores listed on the official transcript and so do Creighton, OWU, Ohio U etcetera.

In case you’re interested: Wooster, Hillsdale, St. John’s, Quinnipiac, Hofstra, Wittenberg and Hobart and William Smith also accept scores this way.

Schools MAY be more lenient with international students. That doesn’t apply to the OP.
