<p>I would; the risk is to great that an automated system will flag your application as not being complete. Also, it’s not official if it’s not from the source – your transcript could well contain a typo or other error.</p>

<p>I always recommend that a student requests an official HS transcript for themselves, both to have as a record and to look at and assure that there are no errors before they are sent off.</p>
