Do I have to go back to my high school to get my transcript or does my current college have it? I kinda don't want my high school guidance to know that I am transferring..and also, if I have to get it from my high school, I can't go back unitl decemeber, when I have Christmas break. With that be too late for the transfer process?( I haven't done anything yet, ah! I feel like I am running out of time)

Do you have a school registrar? If so, then do the process through her. Otherwise, you are obligated to go through you guidance dept. Most public schools have a process where graduated students can request transcripts differently than current high school students. Check that out through your school website.

Yeah...I spoke to the registrar and had all my transcripts sent for free, whereas current students would have to pay to send them to as many schools as me. That was the benefit, I guess. Unless you're applying to a school requesting the secondary school report (which is a rec from your HS counselor), I don't think you'll need to see him/her.

you actually might run into the issue of having to get a rec from your old counseler...check into that, because it might be easier to do it all at once

If the colleges you're applying to need a secondary school rec, go to the principal, vice-principal, or,if all else fails, then your counselor.
