Hi there,

I am submitting copies of my high school and polytechnic transcripts for admissions and I am wondering if they need to be certified or endorsed by the schools OR just photocopies would suffice.

Thanks.

I believe that they need to be on official school letterhead and not just photocopies, but I’m not 100% sure.

Yes, you need to submit official copies of all transcripts.

For us international students, do we have to have official translations as well (stamp of the registered translator etc)? It costs quite a bit for it to be translated that way. I suppose we can’t do the translations ourself?

It’s probably better not to do it yourself, but it doesn’t have to be a registered translator, either. One suggestion that Matt has made in the past is to ask your school’s English teacher (if there is one) to translate.
