God, Emory just sent me another missing FA information email, Emory is officially the biggest “tease” college I have applied to. If I don’t get in, I will be 10x more mad than my countless other rejections because of the constant emails that sub-consciously raise hope.

^^^^totally agree. I think everybody should just chill. You scrutinize all of those emails and if you got rejected, it would be very disappointing. I am just gonna believe that if i got accepted, it’d be a nice surprise. sigh

I just got another FA email too, and the way they word it, it really does sound like you’re going to be accepted.

“We need additional information before your award can be finalized or disbursed.”

Ughh… This wait is really getting intense and these teaser emails don’t help -.-

Yes, It is very hard for some of us to be patient and not read into things. Best of luck to everyone on this site. I have to say I will be glad when this is all over. It has certainly been a rollercoaster ride for me and my son. So much uncertainty is uncomfortable to live with it is no wonder people talk about how stressful the college process is. I have faith that it all works out in the end and for many who do not get into their first choice colleges the bonus is it really does build strength and character.

Is it for sure that it is coming out April 1? Or have they surprised applicants in the past?

I don’t think those emails mean anything. But then again, I didn’t apply for FA…
