Hispanic, 92, 2100, Good enough?

I am a Hispanic - American citizen of the U.S graduating from a prestigious specialized High School (Bronx Science). With a 92 GPA, and a 2100 on the SAT, what are my chances at an IVY or near reputable university. I am in 2 academic teams, as well as 2 athletic teams. Captain of 1 of each. Worked for a non-proft, as well as organize NYC's largest Book drive along with 5 other Co-chairs. I am aware i dont have the best grades, but will my extracurriculars and the fact that i am hispanic get me in to a good university in the northeast? I know most of the following schools are a pushing it, but what do you think?

Yale
MIT
Harvard
Dartmout
Cornell
Cooper Union
Princeton Univ
Stanford Univ

Is this unheard of? or what else can i do to better my chances?

Your GPA is great for your school, but your SAT pretty ordinary for the top schools.

I honestly don’t know much about Cooper Union, but you have great chances at Cornell+Dartmouth. Everything else on your list is a crapshoot, even for URM’s. Are you female? I think MIT is more lenient on females, but don’t hold me to that.
