HISPANIC APPLYING E.D. to YALE * (need some advice)

Well, I want to apply to Yale's E.D. program. During my junior year, I switched from my regular high school to the dual enrollment program in Miami Dade College. This program allows a student to take three high school courses during the morning instructed by high school teachers, on the college campus, and finish their +3 plus college classes of their choice in the afternoon. At the end of their senior year, the student should have enough credits to graduate with an A.A. degree that is transferable to only schools in Florida.

Hopefully, by reading the list above, you should of came to the conclusion that my passion is PRE-MED but I'm really good in English and helping those around me get to a better place than where they are at, as you can tell by my E.Cs. (my community is 95% hispanic and most of them don't even speak English and hardly do my parents)

hey i'm from the 305 too! where do u live hialeah? i'm applying to Yale early too, but they have a single-choice early action program, not Early Decision. your GPA is a little low, but considering your tip factors such as low-income and cuban, you have a pretty good chance with good essays and recommendations. hopefully we'll both get in. good luck man!

Yeah, I hope so too. Maybe the fact that the school restricted the amount of APs we could take but I tried to make up for them in the college, which only count as Honor credit though.

So, you say I have a pretty reasonable chance?
What about your stats, man?
