Hispanic, first-generation, Math and Politics

Ok so I'm applying to colleges this year but have no idea what my chances are. I'm planning to apply to a few Ivy leagues and UCLA, UCSB, UCB, and maybe NYU or University of Chicago.

About me: I'm a first-generation college student, I'm hispanic, and I attend an ok public high school in a poor predominately hispanic town.

Honors World History: A

Field intern (with a high ranking position and a ton of hours) for a 2012 congressional campaign from the beginning (got a letter of rec from them woohoo!!). Tutor math for free. Various charity work. I work the polls for the primary and general elections.

Interests:
Obviously math and politics, definitely gonna major in pure math, possible double major with poli sci.

CR: 730
Math: 680

I know my grades are **** but I'm in the top 5% of my class and my test scores are decent. I'm hoping my background, classes at UCSB, and internship with an important congressional campaign will help. If you have any suggestions of other colleges I should consider I would really appreciate it. Thanks!!
