I'm planning to apply as a history major, and I am okay at math and science, but not spectacular. I have more passion for the arts and humanities than I do for math and the sciences.

I'm thinking about definitely taking U.S. History since I took APUSH and got a 5, but I don't know what else to take. I was considering Literature because I'm sure I could score well on that, but I've heard that colleges like to see more than just humanities. I would probably take the Biology SAT II, but I'm not confident that my score will be at least 700+. Also, should I take 2 or 3 SAT IIs?

My grades already reflect a weakness in math and science, so I don't know what to do. I got my first Cs taking AP Physics (barely got a 3 for that). The other math and science grades are Bs except for Hn Bio, but that was freshman year and very easy. This is glaringly obvious when you see that everything else has As--I don't want to illustrate that even further with not-so-impressive SAT IIs.

I study hard but I still don't seem to be proficient, so I'm a little anxious about taking any math or science SAT IIs.

Is it even recommended to take the SAT IIs? I took the ACT and got a 32 (will retake and try to bump up the score a little more), so I'm not sure. The reason my composite ACT score was lowered was actually because my math score was kinda sad. :/ Not proud of it.

Just... help? I want to make my talents obvious, not my weaknesses.
