History Major Requirement?

I'm really sorry for posting so many threads recently, but I really find the answers here extremely useful. Once again, sorry if it seems like I'm just adding crap to the forums, but I really don't know and really have questions.

But anyhow, It says for the History major I have to take 2 classes from the 1A-1C (or 20s series) and 1 class from 96 or 97 series. It also says we need to take 3 additional lower division history courses.

I already took 1B, 1C, and 2 lower divs, 9C and 13B. This fall I signed up for History 9E (Southeast Asian Crosswords with Woods). Since it's a number 9, does it still count as another lower division history course? Or does it matter and it means I have to take another lower division from another series number? I guess the 9 series is Asian history since 9C (the one I took Spring) was the History of Japan.

This just concerns me because I'm scared to think that History 9E and History 9C would count as the same as they're different classes but within the same category/field so it wouldn't count as a lower division. I started to wonder if they meant 3 lower division courses in 3 different fields.

Once again, sorry for making so many threads in the past couple of days. I appreciate everyone's help I get here! Thank you!

Anything below 100 (and this goes for pretty much ever major) is a lower division course. The electives can be any three lower div(or upper div courses, which I frankly prefer). I took one lower div and two upper div to satisfy that req.
