HLEP! SCAD, CCA or Otis for fashion design???

I am a high school senior and should be making a decision for college very soon. Now I am down to the choices among SCAD, CCA, and Otis… I am looking into their fashion design program because that’s what I want to study since junior high. I have been doing some research and got a very mixed review for SCAD, but I couldn’t find a lot of information about CCA or Otis regarding fashion design.

Can anyone give me any suggestions?

I like in Atlanta and SCAD is generally not regarded very well, especially by art students. Has an impression that anyone can get in if they can pay for it and the rest is a joke.

What are your parents saying? Most/all of those schools give lousy aid, so are your parents saying they’ll pay all costs?

If cost is an issue, did you apply to any financial safeties?
