I was born in India, but after three-four years my family moved to the US. Right now I’m a US Permanent Resident (fourteen years and counting) applying for citizenship. Technically the first language I ever learned was Hindi, and then Kashmiri (regional language). Once we came to the US I became fluent in English; obviously now I speak English much more than Hindi and Kashmiri. Do I need to take the TOEFL?
