<p>D2 arrived home today after a semester abroad. She had an amazing experience. If any of you are on the fence about going abroad, just do it. I honestly think most places, not all, would be a wonderful experience.</p>
<p>My D2 went to a safe place, at her parents insistence. Others might be willing to engage in more risk. Either way, life changing, never forgetting experiences occurred.</p>
<p>Don't fret about whether I should go to Great Briton vs Germany or Australia vs New Zealand. I think (after two kids studying abroad) you will have a great experience no matter where you go (with some exceptions--where terrorism or disease makes life threatening)</p>
<p>Go and enjoy and travel as much as you can.</p>
