ok guys, heres the topic. I go to Central High School in Philly and i always have trouble with homework. Its not that i cant do it, i just am too exhasted after school. My school is really hot and its hard to concentrate all day. It is one of the top schools in the city and i am taking a few adv classes. I m a sophmore. After school i have to take the bus and i get home at 5. When i get home, im starving so i eat. I become too tired to start homework. I dont knwo why but yeah. Any advice besides "caffine or sleep".

Showers always rejuvenate me. Try a quick one once you get home. Also, yoga is great for relaxation. Find a youtube video or TV show and do it for half an hour. Meditation is great as well.

Hope this helps!

15-20 power nap. Seriously, it works. You program you clock for twenty minutes later and voila! You have enough energy to go on for a few more hours.

^For me, a nap is a good way to ruin my productivity for the rest of the day. I just feel terrible after a nap, unless I take a shower afterward. Then it's good.

This will be different for everybody.

I hear ya on the hot school thing. It's nice to know that not everyone has AC in their school. It's really bad in the rooms on the second floor that also happen to be about 20 feet away from the greenhouse.
