what do ya'll think???

I think that your chances are very low because of your lack of extracurilar activities, low GPA (Is that unweighted? If it is then it isn't that low), and very low SAT scores. Class rank is impressive. I would recommend retaking the SAT's and studying for them, this is really the only part of your profile that you can still change. If you can increase your scores it will really help because most of the school you are looking at take the scores very seriously. Assuming you have more extra curriculars than those you listed, I would say you have about a 10% or lower chance of getting in at Cal-berkely, Rice, and Chicago, and Johns Hopkins.
I think that overall you are rather strong but these schools accept very few applicants, however, its definately worth applying.
