I am just an undergraduate, but I am interested in ultimately pursuing a MBA. Seeing as how Asia's booming economies are poised to reshape the world as we know it, would it be wise to pursue an MBA at one of the better Asian programs (specifically National University of Singapore and the University of Hong Kong)? The total cost (not annual) of MBA's at these institutions adds up to less than $25,000 USD. Is the cost effectiveness outweighed by a lessened prestige? And is there a lessened prestige? I do plan on working in Asia, so would a degree from either school be known and respected in the region?

i went for high school in singapore. honestly speaking, the reputations of universities in singapore and hong kong are good. but according to what i know, getting a job in singapore after graduating from national univerisity of singapore and nanyang technological university is not a problem. but if you want a decent job, i am not sure. degrees from top business schools in the US will ease the process of finding a decent job in the financial sector

gotta go to NUS business school!

i mean, it's better than sloan/wharton!

LOL
