In the times I have read the honor code, the wording has always seemed vague and somewhat nebulous. I don’t really understand how the honor code is practically applied to student discipline. How do students know which behaviors violate the honor code and which do not? For those who attend Hillsdale, what activities constitute a violation of the honor code, and what punishment follow from the forbidden activities?
