Do most colleges, primarily top 25, differentiate between honors and AP classes when recalculating GPA/WGPA? Thanks

In the sense that they add some additional fraction to the course grade based on whether it is “regular”, “honor” or AP?

High schools do not treat grades in a uniform way. There are regional custom differences (as for example grading by Pacific Northwest high schools versus California high schools). There are significant differences in grading approaches between private and public high schools. Etc. Colleges are aware of the differences.

What selective colleges do is evaluate the rigor of your courses relative to what your high school offers. So if one high school offers both an honor course and an AP course in a subject, and you take the honor course rather than the AP course they would treat your choice as “less” rigorous; and if your high school offers only the honor course in the subject they would treat your choice as “most” rigorous.

Best from the perspective of the most selective colleges is that applicants take the most rigorous courses offered and get "A"s in all subjects. This is a high bar that does not necessarily need to be met for acceptance – but something close to that does.
