I applied to UCF Burnett Honors College. They reply a week later:

"Thank you for your application to the University Honors program in The Burnett Honors College. You are to be commended for all of your impressive accomplishments. You will be informed about your admission status in The Burnett Honors College on or before April 15th, 2013. If you want to submit any additional information in support of your application, please send it before the aforementioned date.

If you are interested in on-campus housing at UCF, apply for housing immediately; do not wait for the admission decision from the Burnett Honors College. Assignments to Tower III, the Honors Living-Learning Community located at Knights Plaza, are made based on the time of housing application, and NOT based on the date of acceptance to The Burnett Honors College.

Remember that The Burnett Honors College Website (The Burnett Honors College - TBHC | University of Central Florida) is continually updated and contains useful information regarding Honors courses, activities and news.

We wish you a very successful senior year!"

What does this mean? Am I deferred? What are the chances I matriculate? I /only/ want to go to UCF if I'm accepted in Honors, otherwise, I'll be going to UF (where I've already been accepted). Does anyone have any anecdotal experience/panoramic statistics surrounding UCF Honors deferrals?

Thanks
