I’ve been accepted to Aerospace Engineering sciences major, Honors Program for Arts and Sciences, and I’ve been given an additional scholarship from the engineering school.
Apply to Global Engineering, as well if you want an RAP. Very similar to the Honors Engineering dorm. Both are first come first served and lots of high stats students get rejected at CU Honors Engineering, who end up at MIT so don’t sweat it, its just a living group. Global Engineering, you must write one essay in Spanish, French, German, etc, but the dorm in practice does not actually speak in any foreign languages, its just a “bar”. I think Global Engineering has a lot of support and fun activities:

The students I know at Global Engineering eeked out the essay in Spanish and never speak a word of Spanish and love living at Global Engineering RAP.
Good luck. If you are in Colorado, you could visit and meet the students at these living groups, but either one will work well for you, I bet. Both have more serious students than the average CU dorm. But if you do end up in a freshman dorm, you will be fine too. Its just nine months, and I think you can apply again to Global Engineering or Honors Engineering as well. These dorms are gender balanced so much harder for boys to get in than girls.
Students live in RAPS for two or three years, rarely all four years.
