Honors Program Application

Hi
I understand that once you are accepted into GA Tech that you automatically are eligible to apply for the Honors program and that the material that you submitted for your initial admission into Tech is used for the evaluation.

How does someone actually apply? GA Tech issued a link Georgia Institute of Technology :: Honors Program which takes you to a link which is Buzzport. However, there is no information at least from what I can tell once you log onto Buzzport to formally apply.

Has anyone experienced this? Am I missing something? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

there should be a link on the accepted freshman page. All you have to do is put in your GT ID and you have applied.

Thanks very much

I dont see it there yet, but maybe it is yet to come

Does anyone else have it on their accepted Freshman page?

I have it on mine. It’s a little link near the immunization forms and all the other paperwork business stuff.
I wonder how quickly they’ll reply, since I don’t think too many other people have applied yet and they said they’ll be giving out decisions “through April.” Oh wait, nevermind: “The Honors Program sends letters of invitation to students selected for the program on a rolling basis, beginning in late February and continuing through early June.” <_<

It’s really silly almost…All you do is CLICK a button and you’re applied. No paying money, no letters of recommendation, they just take your old application information. And, again, just plug in your name and GT ID. Thats all.

Yeah so is it by invitation only? It says they invite but i dont know if thats a requirement to apply.
