Hopelessly desperate for NYU, Boston C, ...

<p>Hi. I'm junior and was just wondering what my chances would be for the following colleges:</p>

<p>Boston College
NYU
Boston U
NorthEastern U
University of Illinois
UCLA
Stony Brook U
. . . . . . . . . .
I currently have 3.85 weighted GPA (Low, I know), and I'm wondering if it's impossible for me to get into these colleges. I have an SAT of a little over 2200. I do have an upwards trend in my transcript, partially due to the fact that I bombed my freshmen year. I'm currently top 30% of my class (again, I know it's not that good).

For my ECs, I have:
Captain of my school's debate team that I've been with since freshmen year. I compete on the national circuit.
Varsity in in my schools crew team for 2 years(I'm a junior. If I made it this year, I'm 100% I'll get it next year)
Varsity in Winter and Spring Track for 2 years(been doing this since freshmen, lettered third year, 100% gonna letter in senior)
DECA, made it past states.
I've made a website where I've had a business on.
I've self-published a novel (which I used my website to market and sell)
Various art competitions done locally. I've won second place during last years fair.

<p>I would honestly be surprised if you got rejected from BC, NYU, Northeastern, or BU</p>

<p>There isnt a single school here that I don’t think you could get into. To be honest, I think that a college of BCs caliber is a match and recommend that you consider 1 or 2 reaches slightly beyond your reach. </p>
