Hotchkiss??

<p>Hey guys,</p>

<p>I'm applying to alot of schools. Alot. Like, 11. (ADES, middlesex, st. andrew's, etc.) The deadline is nearing, and I'm not even half done with apps yet, and I'm having second thoughts about hotchkiss. Do you think it's worth the stress and time to add it in my app? I would have to do an off campus interview, and have my counselor send in my transcripts and recs AGAIN (she already sent ALL of them in), and i would have to give money to my school again. i would have to do ANOTHER essay. i'm already doing alot of apps, do you think i should do so?</p>

<p>my main ecs are student council, mun, and speech and debate. i play tennis and i swim. i have pretty top notch grades at school, and ssat is 92. music-cello, tuba.</p>

<p>If you prefer the other 10 schools to Hotchkiss, I don't think you need put yourself through the stress. It really depends on where hotchkiss fits in your priorities.</p>

<p>Don't add it unless you think it would be your first or second choice. If your schools end up being impressed with your grades, ECs, and you as a person, it's likely that at least a few of your eleven will accept you. There's just no need to add Hotchkiss unless it would be a top choice for you. What do you think is going to happen, you'll be rejected at all your others except Hotchkiss? Unless that event occurred it would probably be in your best interests to leave Hotchkiss out of your list.</p>
