House Hunting - the good, bad and exceptionally ugly!

I’m a big fan of LED mirrors. Like this one.

I think I lean pull. I think pulls are more up to date than knobs.

Team pulls here, too. More trouble to install but more functional.

I’m leaning towards pull. I need to find out how good the guy my boss hired is at installing hardware. Two holes are harder to get right. The realtor is leaning knobs.

We have a combination of pulls and knobs. Pulls on drawers, knobs on cabinets.

2743 sqft, $1.55M, “Home has inactive Meth lab and meth contamination”

It also housed “highly explosive bomb-making chemicals”:

“he FBI and police released more details Wednesday about a man who allegedly stockpiled highly explosive bomb-making chemicals inside his home and blew up PG&E transformers around San Jose.”

Not as dramatic as the one above, but certainly some creative architectural designs!

I guess “value is in the land”?

Too bad the inside photos have been removed, but you can still see some previously taken photos if you scroll down to sale history:

On cabinet hardware, I guess I’m “team plain Jane”. We’ve been in our house for 29 years and 10 months. Never decided about knobs (or pulls). Turns out I like the clean look, and we just grab at bottom edge to opens. The good thing about it is we only get very mild visible gunk from years of opening/closing.
