so did anyone turn their housing apps in already? im visiting the 20-21 but dont want to wait that long to turn in my housing forms.

im still wishy-washy-ing. so i havent turned mine in yet. eep!
ive narrowed it down to pierce and BJ. iono which of the two is my #1 choice.

and does anyone know more about snell-hitchcock? it might be my possible 3rd choice. or 1st. or 2nd.

is it common for ppl of different residence halls to visit other residence halls if they have friends there?

is maxp and pierce really a social/partyish dorm? im not much of a partier, i dont think. -_-

i want to live on-campus in a double.

oh yea, on the housing brochure it said they dont discriminate against race, religion, ethnicity, age, etc etc etc and GENDER IDENTITY when assigning rooming/roommates.
so does that mean i, a female, can have a male roommate? oh what fun!

I stayed in Pierce when I visited two years ago. It seemed to be a rather social dorm, and I liked its dining hall. (To tell you the truth, I got the impression of an anthill- a tall building with people running in and out, and a bit claustrophobic on the inside).

Snell-Hitchcock tends to be the "odd dorm," according to students and what I saw on Thursday. I put it down as my first choice (my mom lived there when she was a student-and when it was the stone-cold sober dorm...days long past). I might like to switch my first choice to Breckenridge, which tends to be more conservative.

There are so many awesome dorms. I think I'll be avoiding Pierce, though. I want a bigger room. Anyway, I have no information to add on that front.

It means the housing guys do not discriminate against transgender students, whether the student is intersex, crossdresses, is going through gender reassignment surgery, expresses his/her gender in a non-traditional fashion, etc. It doesn't mean guys and girls room together. Imagine the mayhem. :p

ah i think i like pierce for its small ness and close-knit community. a larger room would mean more space for me to make a mess!! :P ahaa iono im now undecided where to live. ahhhh!!!!

oh poopoo!!
i was expecting some exciting mayhem (exciting in.... more ways than one... giggles)

and how do u make that ever so cute face icon with the tongue hanging out? its adorable i want to pinch its cheeks in a loving way.

I would get sooo stressed out in a small messy room. I would not be able to handle it. I need my mess spread out. I'm going to try to do a dorm tour when I visit April 10-11, so I'll scope out the scene then. Hopefully after that I can send in my deposit, pick a dorm, and all that exciting stuff.

I try to find my mayhem in single sex rooms. If you catch my drift. ;)

The tongue face is a colon followed by the letter "p."

:p hoorah!
i was using the capital p the whole time. no wonder.

im visiting the 20-21 and i dont want to wait that long to turn in all my housing stuff.
hm.... i wonder if i'll get stressed out with a small messy room.

sometimes my room is so messy (like now) that i cant even see my floor or my desk. it's a maze to get from the entrance to the desk (which is like 2 feet away from the door). i try to keep my room clean but sometimes im too lazy/busy to clean it. i guess i can be cleaning it rather than CC-ing.-_- but i guess my mess doesnt bother me that much.... ...yet haahah

I need to clean my room soooo badly. It's really bad. I need to go through and throw a bunch of stuff out, organize my closet, organize my bookshelf. It's a nightmare. I've been avoiding this massive clean up for a long, long time. It's overdue. I'll do it early this summer, though. I need to.

It seems like everyone is going the 20-21. I guess that it's school vacation week for most kids. I'm going to Mexico, though, so I need to go another time. I hope there are fun kids there on the 10-11. And fun kids without parents, since I'm going solo.

im going with my parents, but i think they'll leave me to be on my own after i get introdueced to my roommates and stuff. actually, they should. it would be MOST awkward for them to sleep in the same room with me and my host.

im only going the 20-21 because i m going to NYC carnegie hall with my school orch the 13-16 and to visit uchic on 10-11 would mean im gonna miss 4 out of 5 school days taht week. maybe 3 out of 4; i think friday is a holiday for us.

however, im missing a calculus BC practice APtest/finalexam on the 20th. ick!!!

ewwww ap calc bc...such a pain

Hey guys, just in case you didn't know, you can pick your rooms online, pay the deposit and then if you change your mind you can change your housing priorities up until the 1st of june.

I've already chosen mines. Shoreland, Broadview and M.P. Though i think M.p is now becoming my second choice. Anyways, those are like the onl building for undergrads with private bathrooms!! I can't to the community bathrooms thing! so i'm sticking to those anyways. Visitng the 20-21st and then if any changes in priorities come up, i can just make then online.

Anyways, good luck to ya'll
