I was really hoping for Segundo. Can anyone give me the positives of Cuarto. I have a feeling that it's the loneliest and most disconnected of the three.</p>

<p>and dmission: kearney/laben are the new buildings built like 2 years ago. they were nice. i think pierce is much older and not as cool :[</p>
<p>yeah, i stayed at Kearny during orientation, i find it to be somewhat relaxing. But i haven't been to the Pierce or any other buldin, therefore i wouldn't know the difference</p>

<p>I got Tercero Thille :\ but I wanted Segundo LOL. Hmm and now I am having second thoughts about having a roommate... I guess if it works out, great. If it doesn't I can change to a single possibly when they allow room transfers.</p>
<p>Cuarto is pretty sweet, I had a single in castilian south last year, 210C, yee, and it was awesome. In cuarto you're right next to the UMall, safeway and rite aid are reasonably close, the DC's are pretty good.</p>
<p>Pierce and Thille are exactly the same, just the buildings are lettered A-F and G-M minus "I" because some people would confuse it for "one". They aren't bad, they all have air conditioning, which is sweet. Student Housing Maintenance just installed a bunch of carpet in pierce, so that will be pleasant. Other than that it's just a room that you may or may not spend that much time in.</p>
<p>Oh they installed carpet in Pierce? That's awesome because I was thinking about bringing rugs or something if they didn't. =P</p>

but i really wanted segundo north in particular
instead i got gilmore and there's no carpet!
that sucks...</p>
