<p>I recently got accepted to LS&A at UMich as a transfer student and am wondering from current students or former students what housing options are best. I do not want to live in the dorms and I will probably be taking all of my classes at Center Campus. </p>
<p>What are the good places to live close to center campus? I am open to sharing a house, apartment, etc....basically anything that will get me out of a dorm room</p>

<p>Anywhere but North campus. North quad has the nicest dorms South quad has the athletes and honors kids and also has big rooms and a pretty solid dining hall. East quad has the WORST dining hall and smaller rooms and is where the rc kids live It has a pretty solid location tho. West Quad is pretty nice also because it is connected to the union.</p>
<p>Actually I think west quad is the one with the athletes.</p>
<p>They both house athletes but south quad has the majority or at least thats what my friend in squad told me</p>
<p>If a friend and I both get into Honors, can we choose to room together at South Quad?</p>
<p>I would assume you could but I don’t know that for sure.</p>
