<p>does anyone know if roommate selection will override what time you put your deposit down? for example, if i was early enough to get into san jac but my roommate didn't put his deposit in early enough and gets stuck in jester, will they put me in jester because i have him down as my roommate?</p>
<p>From what I have seen, it's more likely your roommate would benefit by your early deposit and you could still end up in San Jac together</p>
