Hi, I want to live off-campus so I want reassign my room to a new incoming student, who have not already signed a housing contract. The room is a Male Double Room in Bursley. The room has wireless internet. Good for students majoring in engineering, architecture, and art. Bursley's Dining Hall is one of the best at Michigan. For the procedure (room reassignment), go to this link: UM Undergraduate Housing - Room Swap, Contract Reassignment & Waitlist Processes

If you would like it, give me an email (yourkidding321@gmail.com). Thanks!

Hi yourkidding321,
I am an incoming freshman. I entered the housing lottery and was offered a contract, but for some idiotic reason missed the deadline to accept the contract. Thus, I am basically screwed. I intend to call the housing office tomorrow to see what my options are. If the housing office offers no help is there a way for me to take your contract from you, considering you wish to live off campus? I really want to have a housing contract in place, and Bursley was actually one of my top choices. Do you have any advice for me on my situation? I would greatly appreciate any help or advice you could offer me at this time. Thanks.

Disregard my last message, I contacted University Housing and received my original contract back. I hope you find someone to buy your contract. Good luck at school this coming year.
