Hey guys!
Has anyone else who has gotten into NCSU been unable to access the housing contract? I got my acceptance and created my Unity ID, but there’s no option to fill out the housing contract on starrez. Is this because everyone won’t have their decision back until Jan 30, so that’s when the contract opens?

I’m having the same issue. The only option available for me is for Spring semester housing for 2019. I’d just take this time to research the halls and figure out which ones would suit you best and then just check the application page often to see when our application opens.
It says on Pack Portal that the housing application won’t be open until mid-February
If I remember correctly, the housing portal for freshmen doesn’t open until much later- the Feb is for current students.
@Moonlight178 Where do you see that on Pack Portal?
I went on to Pack Portal, clicked on campus living, selected the link under the header “Student Housing”, clicked on the tab “Application”, and it said that the “2019-2020 housing application will be available in mid-February”. However, there is still a lot of information available about the different residence halls on the site.
Can freshman pick their roommate?
@Happydancer22 Freshmen can request a roommate; however, there is no guarantee. The selection is first-come, first-serve.
@moonlight178 After clicking the link under the header “student housing,” I am met with an error message that says “login error.” Any suggestions?
