<p>I would hate to have to pay extra fees to rent out an apartment during the shorter breaks that wouldn't be worth me going all the way back home...</p>

<p>Housing is open all year except over the summers (obviously), and during the winter break between semesters (which is at least a month long). I believe they keep one of the high rise dorms open during the winter break, and you would need to live there or live in someone’s room.</p>
