Housing for transfers

I was thinking about transferring to UCF. I was doing a bit of research on the website and found most of the residence halls are for first year students.

So how does the housing work for transfer students? I don't know if i'll be able to afford an apartment so I was hoping to possibly live on campus if I were to attend UCF since it's a bit on the cheaper side for me. Are most transfer students living in apartments or are their some in the dorms on campus?

i went to visit the campus and there was 2 apartments that were UCF’s. One was Pegasus Landing and the other was Nike and something. Sorry i forgot the name but the second one is more like a raffle apparently. Try to maybe see if there is anyone who is looking for a roomate in terms of the appartments or housing  i already made some plans to room with someone if i get accepted since i met the person. But ya other than those 2 you’ll have to try and find an apartment off of UCF
