Housing for Undergrad Junior Transfers

<p>I'm transferring to USC as a junior and I wanted opinions and recommendations for good housing in the USC apartments for upper division undergrads. So far I have heard that Troy, Troy East, and Cardinal Gardens are pretty good. Any recommendations? Thanks xoxo</p>
