My DD is going to be a sophomore next year at USC. She and her roommate have an apartment at Gateway for next year that they are looking to sublet to anyone but it’s ideal for a Spring Admit. Gateway is steps to campus and has tons of amenities. CVS, Fresh and Easy, restaurants are all in the lobby. Each person is responsible for their own rent so you are not responsible if your roommate is late on the rent. It’s a really great place but they would like to live in their sorority instead.
