Just received my housing for UCLA, i got West Wood Palm Apartments. Does anyone know anything about these?
Also said my apartment is a “2 Bd/3 Person-Double”
what does this mean???
They’re university apartments on Gayley, near the dorms. UCLA’s housing website doesn’t have a virtual tour of that setup for some reason, but they do have a two bedroom apartment floorplan/pictures here:

That means that there are 3 people living in a 2 bed apartment; one bedroom has two people and the other (smaller) bedroom has one person in it. You were given the double option, so you’re in the shared bedroom.
