Housing: How to get someone's contract?

<p>I am a 3rd-year transfer student (5 semesters) and I am living on grounds this year. </p>

<p>From reading extensively I believe I want to live in Lambeth. As a transfer student i have not been assigned any housing, however, there are several people posting saying they would like to get out of their Lambeth contracts.</p>

<p>I have no idea how this works, so I want to make sure I do it right and get the result I want.</p>

<p>How do I get into Lambeth through them, what is the process?</p>

<p>Both of you have to send an email to <a href=“mailto:housing@virginia.edu”>housing@virginia.edu</a> saying you want to transfer the contract, you pay I think $100 for the application, and they switch it out.</p>

<p>I highly recommend emailing the housing office with this question as things change year to year, but it’s really simple (or at least should be)</p>
