Does anyone have any idea how many lottery numbers there are? I heard someone say the Highest is 3600. I happen to be 3590 so if so that's really bad luck for me. Also does anyone know if being late in the process takes away my chance of being on central campus? It seems like everyone getting their assignments so far is on central

What room type did you request?

Figure there are around 5500 freshman applying for housing. The numbers start at 1000.

I just requested a the normal dorm, I don’t remember what it was called but I didn’t go in with a room mate or request substance free or anything like that. I assumed that there would be like 6500 too, I just haven’t heard any numbers higher then mine.

While there are 5500 or more freshman, those accepted to LSA Honors or a learning community are not likely assigned a number.

Don’t sweat the number thing too much - my son’s housing lottery number was 3681, and he received his dorm assignment and contract at least a month ago.

@MichMom07 that seems strange it seems like other then that it has been in order. Well see I guess. I’d be somewhat angry if I ended up on north campus and didn’t go in with a room mate as getting on central was the only reason I didnt

I’ve seen a bunch of people with roommates get housing already and get Markley, for example. I wonder if people had a better shot at getting central campus if their roommate had a higher lottery number…I don’t know. I’m still waiting at 2902 for mine. Someone told me that if you are higher than 2200 that you are probably on north. As long as I get bursley I’m fine with it.

Yeah I can deal with it if I get bursley. But If I get baits (obviously my last choice on the application) and people that went in with room mates get central I’m gonna get ****ed. I’d actually be willing to pay someone a decent amount of money to switch with me if I get baits

This site blanks out p*ssed?? That’s a little over the top haha
