<p>Hey guys, I was wondering what people are doing for their living situations next year?</p>

<p>I am leaning towards getting an apartment but wondering if it is too late now to do that.. plus I would like to have a choice of roommates (this goes regarding sub lease option). Transfer dorms would be my next option.</p>

<p>I read somewhere that transfer students can't choose normal dorms as an option :/</p>

<p>I’m getting an apartment. You can actually still sublease some decent ones. If you have facebook, join the UIUC groups page. In there, there is a group called Housing, where people can search for apartments and roommates. Another great source would be craiglist.</p>
