I can’t find this info on the website, although I know that Northeastern University requires all fresh/sophs to live on campus. Does NEU guarantee housing
all four years? Thanks
Northeastern guarantees housing for 8 semesters for freshmen who entered since 2015. Apparently it is not guaranteed for transfer students.

It’s a great policy, because that way students who leave for half the year on co-op don’t have to worry about finding an apartment for only half the year. For that reason alone, I think you find more upperclassmen living on campus than you might typically find in an urban campus.
The new Burke St. Apartment building will house 820 students. But that is a couple of years in the future. It will go a long way to creating flexibility. Many upperclass students will still prefer to live off campus though
Thanks
