Housing pre rent fee help!!!!!!

<p>I paid my the $200 prerent fee to hold my place in off campus housing but I have decided NOT to stay on campus. How do I cancel my contract? Will I get a refund?</p>

<p>You go on My Housing Portal and click on Cancel Contract.
You do not get a refund for there is a 200 cancellation fee.</p>
