Housing problem....help me please

<p>Hi,</p>

<p>I signed up for housing a week after the deadline, so i got waitlsted. They haven't contacted me at all. So, now I probably have to look at apartments to rent, but I have no idea where to look. Is there anybody willing to tell me where to search first and possibly a site that can help me find another student to possibly rent with me? Yeah, my family's financial situation is that precarious. Thanks for reading and helping.</p>
