Housing shortage for upper classmen?

I have seen some articles talking about a potential housing shortage due to the earlier than expected closing of the two Christiana tower apartments and the increase in student population.

Can anyone with current students at Delaware share their opinions on this? Is housing readily available and easy to secure for upperclassmen, on or off campus?

Can I ask a dumb question? I just looked at that site to see some of the properties. Is the rent listed per person or per unit (to be split among the occupants)?

I would assume those prices are per person.
