Hello everyone,
I was recently admitted to UF for the fall term! I am so excited to have the option to become a gator! However, it has recently come to my attention that UF does not guarantee housing for incoming freshman students. I am going to apply for housing immediately but I was wondering if it is too late already? I live in Maryland and was accepted to UMD as well. I would love to attend UF but if I cannot secure on campus housing I don’t think I will attend. Is there anything I can do if I cannot receive housing or would I be forced to live off campus? Have any previous students applied for housing when they received their acceptance letter and secured housing?
