How are the dorms at Baylor? Are there any buildings that aren’t all male/ all female?
Which ones should I avoid if I don’t want to be near frats/sororities?

There are buildings that aren't all male/all female, but men and women are still separated in different parts of the building. All buildings have some people in frats/sororities, but avoid Penland and Collins, as those tend to get the most.

There are no Frat or sorority houses at Baylor. Everyone lives in a regular dorm or off campus. I agree with bookaddict about avoiding Penland and Collins. My D lived in North Russell her freshman year and loved it

Thanks!
Do you know if they may have changed all the Freshman dorms to all one sex recently? I know some of the upperclass dorms have no restrictions, but someone suggested that I try to get Kokernot, which the website says is male\female, and I believe this person lived there their freshman year, but when I applied for housing, the only options I was given were all female buildings (Collins, which I listed as my last choice, and North & South Russell Halls). So I'm assuming Kokernot has been converted to an all male building.

And thanks in advance.

I think all the freshman non-LLC dorms are single sex. However, Brooks, Kokernot, North Village, etc. are all open to both male and female freshman in their respective LLCs.
