<p>You certainly have a shot, but if I were you, I would study and retake the SATs so that Stern would not use it as a reason to not accept you. </p>

<p>I'm no expert, but slightly better SAT I scores and a higher GPA couldn't hurt. If I were you, I'd definitely give a shot.</p>

<p>SAT and GPA are a little on the low side, EC's are good, Id try to get around a 2200 to compensate for GPA (unless you go to an uber-competitive school)..nearly all the students here are top 10% of class, the few that arent went to magnet schools, private schools, or schools without weighted grading systems.</p>
