I am from ISC Board and scored well on my icse board 95% what is the importance of this. Are ISC AND CBSE reviewed differently by adcomms and am I at benefit or not?

Impossible to gauge your odds without knowing how you compare to other Indians applying for these same schools. And what the admissions committees will be looking for that particular year. Don’t forget, schools admit in part based on what they need: they build a class. If they need, say, a French horn player for the school orchestra, the Indian student will get in if she/he happens to play the French horn, even though she/he may have lower grades and stats than you.
