How are my chances at Pepperdine, Umiami, UofI, Northeastern, etc...?

-Sophomore in one of the top 70 HS in the U.S.
-9-11 AP's by the end of the year
-5/6 (3.33/4) GPA (only because I loaded on Honors and APs, many of them are math and science based)
-Took a PLAN and was predicted to get 28-32 (not sure how accurate these are)
-80+ hours shadowing doctors
-Volunteer at the Salvation Army
-Chess/math/ and many other charity clubs

I want to be a doctor or Dentist (looking for best pre-med/pre-dental), so what colleges (if not any of the ones below) should I look into?
What are my chances at Boston University, Pepperdine, University of Illinois at UC, Northeaster, NYU, Miami University, University of California San Diego, Indiana University, and Marquette?

Boston University - High Match
Northeastern - Reach
Pepperdine - Low Reach
NYU - High Reach
UC San Diego - Unknown
Indiana University - Unknown
Marquette - Unknown

With that being said - you’re only a Sophomore. With Junior and Senior year, you can bring your GPA up substantially and get stellar SAT scores which could turn a lot of these reaches into solid matches.
