The people who read my essay said it was good and I hopefully have good recommendations.

UDel doesn’t have EA…RD only

woops i meant priority.

I would be shocked if you didn’t get in, and if you met the priority deadline, you might be looking at a small bit of merit money.

3.02 GPA? I guess you explained lower grades on the question that asked for explanations for grades under B. I know someone who didn’t get the acceptances she expected because her GPA was low as compared to her test scores (was she smart, but lazy?).

Just saying this because you never know.

Your scores and everything else looks great! Unfortunately, you’ll have to wait till close to the end of March to find out… brutal!

Good point about the GPA LINYMom. I just assumed that the weighted might be a lot higher – I know that Delaware does weight AP classes. That GPA might be a problem.

I hate the wait.I’m accepted to Penn State, Vermont and Northeastern.Deferred by UICU UD is up there with Maryland as my top choices. At least we’ll know from U Maryland in a couple of weeks!

GPA seems a little low in combination with your test scores. How did you fare with your class rank? If it’s a “pretty good high school” as you described, you should be in the top 10% if the courses were tough.
